Athlen started with three siblings coming together to share their love of the water. As we became experts in new equipment and its maintenance, we realized we support people's adventures for a living!

Between the three of us, there are two professional surfers and a pro kite boarder, so sharing the love and knowledge of our sports is a big part of the business.

Our Family
Ace, Pro Surfer and Co-Founder
Ace learned to surf with his dad at the age of 4. He was on his own board by 6 and entering competitions by 11. His passion is surfing big waves and he loves introducing people to the freedom of surfing. He's also a certified scuba instructor and a pretty handy fisherman!
Alexa, Pro Kite Boarder, Co-Founder
Alexa was taught to surf by Ace, but in her teens she fell in love with parasailing and skydiving. Kite boarding was the sport that married her love of the water and her love of flying. In her down time she enjoys kayak fishing and snorkeling.
Andy, Pro Surfer, Co-Founder
As the youngest, Andy wanted to do everything his siblings did. He's become pretty well known for surfing and competes against Ace any chance he gets! When he gets a chance, he loves finding new fishing spots and paddle boarding!
